Process

1. 01

   Plan

   We start with the people using it, the job it has to do, and what should wait. The first version stays small enough to finish.

2. 02

   Design

   Layout, type, and interaction are drawn together. You see the real pages, not a deck that has to be rebuilt later.

3. 03

   Build

   The design becomes a working site or app. We ship it, then keep refining once people are actually using it.
